4/12-4/13/12

The last two days have been about trying to grab the right things while busy at work. I've been doing a lot of gardening, lifting bags of mulch, etc. at work, so I noticed that I needed to add in a little carb here and there this week to avoid feeling woozy. I cut back on the coffee and upped my water. Hoping for a nice loss this week!

Thursday
Granola , almond milk...


Deli ham, apple, 1T almond butter...


Broccoli...


More ham...


Veggie snack chips...(carb)


Peanuts...damn legume, but no other "nuts" around...


Another apple...


Mexican fajita plate at staff meeting...starving!


Friday
Deli turkey...


Banana...


Broccoli...


Peanuts...is this starting to sound familiar?


Turkey...seriously, there wasn't much at work and I kept grabbing healthy things instead of Goldfish, chocolate, chips, etc.


Husband's chicken fried steak, homegrown creamed spinach, and mashed potatoes...
