4/8/12, Happy Easter

Breakfast: coffee with half and half, 6 crisp bacon slices...

Lunch: red wine, tossed salad w/ honey mustard vinaigrette, pear slice, 1 oz cheese, 6 oz shredded roast pork, 1/2 cup brown and wild rice...


Dessert: coffee w/ half and half, berries, kiwi, small brownie bite...


Snacks: 1 cracker w/ mozzarella and prosciutto...


Salad greens w/ Italian vinaigrette, celery sticks...


1 T butter...
