Coffee with half and half ANC coconut milk, butter on the side, one in early morning, one mid-morning...I passed up orange glazed muffins, yo!





Chicken mole, tossed salad w/ light Italian vinaigrette, crust-less spinach mini quiche...


Butter, pastured. Afternoon snack.
