Cheat Day! Why? Tim Ferriss said to in his book
The 4 Hour Body. These Cheat Saturdays mix things up and stimulate my metabolism. Also, I just eat as it comes. I don't purposefully plan all week to eat a dozen doughnuts or anything. Remember that I don't track on Saturdays, but I do assume that I use my daily Points Plus as well as my Weekly Points Plus Allowance on Saturdays. And, Sunday, I wake up and get my ass back on program.
Breakfast taco at Central Market...

Grass fed beef sliders and a beer at home...

With chips and dip...

A couple (really, 2!) Girl Scout Lemonade cookies...

Oysters on the half shell at Pappadeaux's...(Anniversary Dinner).

Pineapple mojito...

Crusty French bread with butter...

Creole shrimp and andouille cheese grits...

And I was stuffed!
