
Mid-day snack: I only had some of these...this was the platter on the table!

Lunch: spinach, goat cheese, balsamic vinegar, olive oil...

1 cracker w/ jalapeño cream cheese...

Coffee w/ half and half...had one at the start of the day, too.

PM snack: 2 hard-boiled eggs, mustard, 1 T mayo...

Dinner: leftover chicken breast simmered in tomatillo salsa, roasted butternut squash with 1 tsp butter...

Today's log...

No exercise today...took a break!
