I like to have the minimum amount of required water handy in one container so I can see my progress throughout the day...
We had fun at the park. I walked for 30 minutes while my husband and the kids hit up the skate park with the kids' scooters. Then, my husband pitched to the kids and I helped retrieve balls.
Jump roping daughter...
Me...one difficult part of this journey is learning to look at myself again, and with acceptance and tenderness Gor where I am right now. I have avoided mirrors and pictures for so long.
Lunch...roast turkey breast and leftover roasted butternut squash.
Before dinner, the kids and I went to another park with the dog. They climbed rocks and the playscape, and I got to walk a little more.
I had one serving of dry roasted peanuts for snack before dinner.
Dinner...1/2 baked sweet potato, green salad with blue cheese dressing, and baked chicken breast. A lot like lunch, but so delicious!
I had a sliver of this cake for dessert to help get it out of the house. It only "cost" 3 points, which I earned back through two trips to parks today. Don't worry...this pic is of a bigger piece than my serving.
