1/21/12...Goodbye to 2 More!

I lost two pounds this week, and I feel great about that! After the weigh in, I enjoyed black coffee from home, beef jerky, and almonds.  I purposefully attend my WW meeting as early as possible on Saturday mornings.  That way, I weigh in at my "wake up" weight before breakfast.  I typically have breakfast during the meeting or right after.  I also wear the same clothes each weigh in, and totally love it if I get the same scale each time!  Weird, I know.

I headed over to Central Market to do a little shopping and make a business call to my mentor in the cafe. After meetings on Saturdays, I have a few delicious hours in Austin to myself. I fell I love with this city when I first visited in November 1995, and it makes me feel ALIVE!

It was citrus week...lots of great citrus samples made a nice snack.

Siggi's yogurt has been highly recommended at Weight Watchers. Most flavors have just two points and are high in protein. I tried the coconut--it was great and really filled me up for five points!

I walked got an hour around Town Lake, which was awesome! Post workout, I enjoyed this sample WW bar and lots of water.

Lunch was a leftover beef stirfry, followed by dark chocolate and two Girl Scout cookies.

Dinner was 1 1/2 grassed beef burgers with veggies and challah buns. Hubby and I split a slice of ginger cake at Starbuck's and I had a decaf Americano.

Feeling great...and my Saturday splurges were actually well within reason!
