1/17/12

It was a good food day, but due to two mornings opening at 7:00 am and getting home around 6:00, and a 2 1/2 hour meeting last night, I haven't done a formal workout in four or five days. Time to step it up tomorrow morning!

Water, veggie crudités, 2 slices lean ham with 1 T spicy cream cheese and a red pepper strip wrapped in each.


Turkey rice soup w/ kale.


2 T cashew butter with celery sticks


Dark chocolate, 1 oz


Dinner: an unphotographed spinach salad w/ blue cheese dressing
