1/3/12

It was a beautiful sunny day--perfect day for work at the school. It's feeling good to be eating so many veggies and a serving of fruit each day. Surprisingly, when I am not eating correctly, and especially when eating too many carbohydrates, the veggies drop to a serving a day and fruit perhaps once every couple of weeks.

My feet are so sore!! All of that jump roping last night felt great, but I never considered the stress of the impact on my poor feet. I am feeling it today!

A few times today I almost popped something into my mouth mindlessly. It's a hard habit to break!

Breakfast: (forgot pic) 2 eggs scrambled with mushrooms, fried in 1 T butter, 1/4 cup guacamole, 1 grapefruit

Lunch: 2 cups spring salad greens, 2 T vinaigrette, smoked almonds, feta cheese


PM Snack: 2 oz beef jerky

Dinner: 1/2 cup rice, stew beef w/ homemade fat free gravy, broccoli and green beans, 1 T pasture butter


Activity: 35 minute walk in neighborhood w/ daughter and dog after dinner
