WW nut bar...free sample for a starving girl. It wasn't great.
Breakfast meeting with...me. My husband encourages me to take Saturday mornings after my WW meetings for myself. I feel guilty, think about bringing one or more of my kids, and think of all the errands I could run for my family. Then, I settle in anyway and review both goals and inspirational pics in my WW binder.
Breakfast: delicious quiche Lorraine, coffee with half and half, mixed fruit
Binder of joy...
Local magazines to read...
Pic I printed 12/26...I started WW 12/31/11. I had been getting serious about this journey all of December, with my 39th birthday 12/15/11 being the catalyst.
I love this...
Awesome...
Perfect for the farm...(my worksite)
Saturday treats begin...a couple of Girl Scout cookies, gluten free pretzels, pink and white buttercream frosting I'd been saving for this occasion since Wednesday!
I didn't eat all of this, but I did have several small homemade chicken nuggets with homemade honey mustard dressing and a Coors Light beer.
Homemade onion rings!
I enjoyed the Saturday treats. They did make me a little nauseous, and it's interesting to note that I naturally wanted way less of them than I would have pre Weight Watchers. My growing self-control and moderation with food is exciting and relaxing!
Sunday
Breakfast...2 over-easy eggs with 3 slices bacon. Coffee with half and half.
Family Valentine's Day lunch...spinach salad with balsamic vinaigrette, shrimp étouffée over 1/2 cup brown rice. Devine!
A small slice of peach cheesecake with coffee...
"Love cake" made by my nephew and niece...it's fun to say "yes" to everything I want. Good thing I mostly want to choose Paleo foods.
Late dinner/snack: 4 oz deli turkey (forgot pic) and a bowl of sauerkraut (naturally fermented Bubbie's)...
I believe!
