I am experimenting with intermittent fasting and hunger. In the past, I tried to never be hungry. As a modern hunter-gather, sometimes it's ok to experience hunger as you finish a project before foraging or as you take the time to consider the right thing to eat.
As night falls, my workout has me exhausted!
Late, breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs
Mmmm...buttered broccoli.
Gluten-free seeded crackers w/a tablespoon each of peanut butter and blueberry jam...
Veggie sticks...resisted a giant bowl of homemade ranch dip.
Pineapple...
Wonderbar...quick energy about two hours after my workout. Needed something to give me a boost before tackling some closing cleaning at the school.
Taco salad...taco meat, lettuce, tomato, pico de gallo, picked jalapeƱos, sour cream. The Romaine lettuce was fresh from our garden!
Not pictured: 2 Valentine's chocolates thanks to today's activity points.
