Thought I'd start sharing a daily glimpse of my food log...


A late breakfast of egg salad, Wasa crackers, carrots...it kept me full until 3:30!


Banana...


Miso soup with mixed vegetables made for a new afternoon snack and it was a great way to get veggies in...





Turkey slices (not pictured) and peanuts before a meeting at my daughter's school...


Celery sticks, roast chicken breast, home-grown salad greens, homemade honey mustard dressing...


One divine ounce of super-dark chocolate...
