2/14/12 and 2/15/12

Thank God I slowed down to photograph what I was about to eat! The last two days this has generally prevented over-indulgences, except for the fresh hot bread with butter that is our Wednesday treat at school. Why am I toying with old behavior, i.e stuffing without considering portions or without listening to what my body wants vs. needs? Well, I AM surrounded by Valentine's candy. But remember, I defeated Girl Scout cookies. I do have my period, too. Mostly, I think it is that I don't have enough veggies and proteins ready to go at home and at school. I'll try to fix this tomorrow. Exercise has been hampered (and the earning of needed activity points to offset extra eating) due to the onset of a cold and sinus headache.

Tomorrow is a new day, and I am determined to return to my fabulous New Year habits!

Tuesday

2 eggs fried hard in butter


Clementine oranges and dark chocolate


A little eggplant mozzarella bake...


Carrots, celery...


Crackers, peanut butter, butter. I was HUNGRY!


Pineapple (I had a bowl of it)...


2 Valentine's chocolates...


Shredded pork over collard greens...



Wednesday
2 eggs fried in butter w/ 3 bacon strips...it kept me full all morning.


Bread with butter, x 4...big butter, little bread. No real lunch.











Apple w/ almond butter...


About 2/3 cup shepherd's pie...


Clementine orange...
