About 1/2 cup of pasta w/ meat sauce (or my son's leftovers vs. making a plate for myself)...
Lots of heirloom tomatoes with the las of 3 fresh mozzarella "hearts"...
Salad greens w/ 1 T balsamic vinaigrette...
1/2 cup leftover beef chili w/ a sprinkle of cheddar Goldfish crackers...(hey, there was a giant box of them staring me down and I didn't start popping handfuls: victory!)...
Dinner: lettuce, tomato, fresh pico de gallo, 1 oz beef taco meat
Snack: chamomile tea with 1 tsp sugar
