I had coconut yogurt and coffee for breakfast (no pic), and it was decadent! One problem. Unlike the Siggi's yogurt I've eaten a couple of times, the Liberte' yogurt I ate had 24 carbs or so. It drove the points total to 7 for one serving! What a waste.
Mid-morning: seed crackers, 2 clementines, 2 T almond butter...
Lunch: baby spinach with honey mustard dressing, 2 eggs fried in 1 tsp butter...
Dinner...delicious! Tortilla soup (shredded chicken in yummy broth, avocado, cilantro, 3 T shredded Colby jack cheese)...no tortilla chips for me. So good, I might have it for breakfast tomorrow.
