Breakfast in the truck: almond butter and an apple...
Not pictured...1 oz macadamia nuts and 2 T dark chocolate chips.
Lunch...clementines, carrots, and cherry tomatoes.
With smoked turkey from Rudy's to accompany picnic items from home...I think I ate a half pound myself. Viva la protein!
Dinner at Cracker Barrel on the way home...good place to get veggies. Country ham, turnip greens, and baby carrots...
Still starving, so I did eat a corn muffin and a teaspoon of butter.

I believe I underestimated my walking, but I wanted to be safe...
