Grass fed sirloin steak, guacamole, collard greens with onion and bacon...


Coconut and coconut oil, 1 1/2 T...

Today's log...


I earned 4 Activity Points Plus at 9:15 in the evening....proud that I didn't just go to bed. This is a lifestyle change...need to think of myself as a dedicated athlete!
