Bruises on my legs from my bike wreck Sunday...
Late lunch: whole wheat pita bread, vegetable cream cheese, and spinach roll-up...
Snack: 1 T pastured butter
Dinner: (no pic) lean round steak and broccoli
After dinner desperate chocolate PMS snack: butter, dark chocolate cocoa, 1 pkg stevia sweetener, half and half...it was like a dark chocolate truffle! Mission accomplished, craving satisfied.

3/9/12 My 15th wedding anniversary!
Bike ride for 15 minutes before taking one of my daughters to school...
Wonderbar! Almond whey...no gross protein taste, filling! Caution: Points Plus rightfully count as a whole meal.
Lunch: 2 eggs fried hard in pastured butter, spinach, carrots, 1T honey mustard dressing...I'm finding that just 1T (usually half a serving) of prepared dressing satisfies me, and it saves 2 Points Plus.
Dinner: grass-fed ribeye steak, green beans with shallots, butter, and Dijon mustard sautéed in steak drippings, 4 oz red wine...
2 more oz wine, because it was my anniversary and because I had the Points Plus to use!
