3/26/12

Whew! I didn't have much appetite most of today, then an intense craving for dark chocolate after dinner!

Breakfast: coffee w/ half and half, banana

Lunch: roast turkey breast, organic baby carrots


Organic spinach w/ organic sesame vinaigrette...


Dinner: homegrown roasted beets


And grass fed beef roast in homemade gravy over green beans w/ onions...


"Truffle" to appease a massive post-dinner dark chocolate craving...butter, dark cocoa powder, stevia sweetener, coconut oil...


Today's log...


No exercise today, but a busy day on my feet for hours...honored my body's message to skip the work out.
