3/6/12

Today was a pretty good day from a Weight Watchers/weight loss perspective. I think I am about to get my period, so my nerves were a little frazzled at work, and I needed a lot of rich food to satisfy me.

Late breakfast (no pic): 1 Wasa cracker with 2 oz pimento cheese spread and baby carrots

Snack: 1T pastured butter


Lunch: beef vegetable rice soup, just a little with the kids


Late afternoon: 1 oz macadamia nuts


And a grapefruit...


And 2 oz local smoked chorizo...


Dinner: 2 strips bacon and 2 over-easy eggs


And then...1 more bacon strip and strawberries.


Today's log:


I earned 6 points with my personal trainer! I did this functional movement (CHEK) workout with an employee mid-day. He noticed I was losing weight today, and my husband said the same last night! Finally others are noticing.

My husband had me count up his points today. It was very educational for him! My calculations for him are at the bottom of this page...
