3/1/12

Today I managed to get my workout done during my lunch break at training. My sister and I walked to Whole Foods! Tomorrow, I may take my bike...
We walked for 30 minutes, earning me 3 activity points. Later, I did some yoga and planks during a break for one more point. Total, 4 activity points today.

Austin skyline...



Coffee and a Starbuck's protein pack...10 points, but it did keep me quite full.


Mid morning, 1oz of pepper jack cheese and a couple of walnuts...I passed up lots more cheese, crackers, cookies, and chocolate.


Big salad w/ 3 oz chicken breast, a hard-boiled egg, 1 T blue cheese dressing and extra red wine vinegar to stretch the dressing.


Dinner with the familia, 1 beef taco (shredded lean beef inside), spinach, salsa, and 1 oz mashed avocado.


Spanish chorizo, 1 oz because I was still hungry.


My log today...


I consider the avocado a healthy oil. Also took fish oil.
