3/3/12, Moving Your Butt Helps!

I lost 2 pounds this week--week 10. I am at almost 20 pounds lost, with a little more than 4 pounds to go to have lost 10% of my starting body weight. I was proud since I earned 20 activity points this week despite being in training for 2 1/2 days and eating out/drive through for 6 meals! For the two weeks prior, exercise had been lacking and I lost less than 2 lbs in two weeks! Lesson: Moving you butt helps!

Saturday was cheat day! I had a lot to eat, and it was delicious and fun, but my belly now knows what over-full feels like. I realized I never feel stuffed during the week, just either hungry of satisfied. That's progress!

Updated pics...I'm not seeing much difference yet. I notice chubby arms and belly most! Thanks c-section times 3 for the abs...I want to start adding in kettle bells and strength training this week.
